Bone Density
A bone density test is the only test that can diagnose osteoporosis before a broken bone occurs. This test helps to estimate the density of your bones and your chance of breaking a bone. You can have a bone density test of the hip and spine in Henein Arthritis facility by a central DXA machine to diagnose osteoporosis. DXA stands for dual energy x-ray absorptiometry.
Digital X-rays
The administration of digital X-rays is similar to that of conventional X-Rays except that the digital process uses a special imaging detector instead of a camera with film. This is the same technique used for digital cameras. Digital X-ray images can be viewed immediately on a computer screen. Doctors can magnify the image to see details and carefully examine any abnormalities. This ensures the most accurate diagnosis of a wide range of conditions. Images can also be rotated, printed, and shared electronically to ensure effective diagnostic comparison and consultation.
Infusion Center
One effective way to treat rheumatoid diseases and autoimmune disorders is infusion therapy.
Infusion therapy provides patients with medication intravenously (IV). It is safe and effective for patients who have a severe condition that has not been managed by oral medications or if oral medications are not an option.
Musculoskeletal Ultrasound
Ultrasound – Musculoskeletal Ultrasound imaging uses sound waves to produce pictures of muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves and joints throughout the body. It is used to help diagnose sprains, strains, tears, trapped nerves, arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions. Ultrasound is safe, noninvasive, and does not use ionizing radiation.
Phlebotomy and Expedited Laboratory Results
For your convenience, Henein Arthritis offers comprehensive, onsite laboratory services on our facility. Our lab provide most needly laboratory services and helps in epediting the results.

Dr. Henein and her staff provide attentive, considerate and thoughtful care. Dr. Henein listened to all of my concerns, took her time to discuss how we were going to proceed with my care. Her staff, front and back. were very pleasant and made me very comfortable. I left feeling confident that I was well cared for and will be in good hands going forward.

I'm someone who neglected their health and didn't feel comfortable going to doctors. Months ago, I ended up in the ER with some very scary symptoms. No one in the ER could tell me what happened to me and chalked it off to anxiety. I have a prior mental health diagnosis, so most doctors were very biased and kept telling me my symptoms were imagined, despite several abnormal test results and the symptoms persisting for a long time. I was really scared no one would be able to help me. I wrote up a 100 page extensive medical history and brought it to Dr. Henein. They took copies and read it all without even blinking an eye. Dr. Henein did not judge me based on my prior diagnosis. She took into consideration my whole history, my current symptoms, and all of my test results and was able to successfully diagnose my Lupus/Sjogren's and get me on the proper treatment for it. My quality of life has changed for the better in such a short period of time and I never thought I'd feel like a brand new person from my treatment. Dr. Henein and her staff have changed my life and I would recommend anyone needing a Rheumatologist to go here. Dr. Henein WILL HELP YOU if you give her the chance to. She will make you feel comfortable and like a part of her family. She listens, she believes her patients, she treats her patients effectively and she CARES about your wellbeing!

Dr. Henein is an outstanding, caring and one of the best doctors I have ever seen!! She is very understanding, patient and receptive in regards to listening to me concerns. She takes the time to answer as many questions that I have and never rushes out the door. She literally listens and cares about what you have to say, she has helped me so much that it's difficult to express in words my gratitude. I can honestly say that Dr. Henein is truly a blessing.
